Day 1: First Day of the rest of my life

I recently have been pondering on how that I can better myself. The first thing that came to mind is getting the pounds that has crept slowly but surely onto my body the past couple of years. I am finally fed up with the reflection in the mirror and am ready to do something about it! I am a huge procrastinator and sometime lag when I am not held accountable. What better way to be held to my goals than to start a blog and reach out and network with people on the same path as myself? So here goes nothing! Let's do this!!!
